Accounts All Rounder:Bartlett Manufacturing is seeking a versatile, experienced Accounts All Rounder proficient in both Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks. The role demands a solid grasp of accounting principles for maintaining high accuracy standards. Effective communication across all channels and strong negotiation skills are essential assets for this position.Other Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis- Manage customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner- Prepare financial reports as required by management- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficienciesSkills:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software programs. - Knowledge and previous use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, EPICOR)- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically If you thrive on variety and enjoy the challenges involved with working in a fast-paced environment with continuously shifting priorities, then this is the job for you!Please complete the screening questions on our on-boarding platform (SWAG by Employment Hero) after submitting your application.
