To support our commitment to a high standard of safety and environmental compliance, we are now taking applications for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to deliver the operational elements of the HSEC strategy on a permanent, full-time basis.Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Senior Health and Safety Advisor will support the delivery of the organisation’s Safety Management Plans (SMPs) which establish the processes for the management of all safety aspects of Sunshine Coast and Coffs Harbour Airports’ operations in accordance with legislation, objectives and actions through collaboration with internal and external airport stakeholders. This role plays a vital function for the success of airport operations by facilitating positive safety and quality outcomes. Are you capable of:<ul>
<li>Maintaining workplace health and safety compliance and quality elements of Health and Safety strategies;</li>
<li>Monitoring and reporting on safety performance through audits, checks and reviews;</li>
<li>Controlling and maintaining documentation required for safety quality compliance;</li>
<li>Providing advice to internal stakeholders in relation to workplace health and safety obligations, best practice, legislation and regulations?</li>
<li>Investigating, reporting and monitoring all hazard and incident reports to ensure efficient actions are completed for risk prevention and management.</li>
<li>Coordinating the development and maintenance of SMPs, policies, processes, systems and risk management registers;</li>
<li>Driving a safety awareness and appreciation culture;</li>
<li>Facilitating and maintaining contract management administration and systems; and</li>
<li>Conducting QA activities?</li>

Reporting to the General Manager Aviation and Commercial, the Commercial Manager – Parking and Ground Transport is responsible for collaboratively leading the strategic development and delivery of Sunshine Coast Airport’s Parking and Ground Transport portfolio to optimise revenue streams for the organisation.Are you capable of:<ul>
