With 14 destinations across 4 states and internationally, it's no wonder Sunshine Coast Airport is an exciting place to take your career to new heights.We are now taking expressions of interest to join our Operations team in the airside operations and wildlife management space for an upcoming part-time, shiftwork position on a rotating roster.If you have a background in airside safety, active and passive wildlife management and reporting, as well as stakeholder management, then we want to hear from you!What else are we looking for? <ul>
<li>Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate.</li>
<li>Current, or the legal ability to obtain, Firearm Licence through a Registered Training Organisation.</li>
<li>Aerodrome Reporting Officer or Works Safety Officer Certificate.</li>
<li>Current state “C” Class Driver’s Licence.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in Airside operations (wildlife management) and safety including familiarity with Air Traffic control procedures and requirements; preventative measures for operating in a highly hazardous environment, and the ability to operate associated plant and equipment</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of Wildlife Hazard Management Plans; Aerodrome Manuals and Security Programs; Operational and non-operational radio procedures; Airport Emergency Planning procedures; and Airport Operational, Safety and Security procedures.</li>
