<li>Responsible for carrying out a variety of property related tasks such as ground, facilities, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance and gardening.</li>
<li>This role is vital in ensuring a high standard of maintenance, good stewardship, beauty, order, and safety of the MC grounds and buildings.</li>
<li>The role is 15.2 hours/week (0.4 FTE) on the Morling College Sydney campus.</li>
<li>Remuneration: $22,477/annum - $26,906.52/annum excl. Super, depending on experience.</li>

<li>In collaboration with various stakeholders, develop comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns and strategies to enhance MC’s brand identity and support student recruitment across multiple campus.</li>
<li>Develop and implement creative and measurable communication and marketing plans that encompass advertising, public relations, market research, publications, digital and social media, events, media relations, and other aspects of strategic marketing.</li>
<li>Manage a department budget and oversee the MC website.</li>
<li>The role is 30.4 hours/week (0.8 FTE) - 38 hours per week (1 FTE) for 12 months (as maternity relief).</li>
<li>Remuneration: $74,525.51/annum (0.8 FTE) to $93,156.89/annum (1 FTE), excl. Superannuation with religious practitioner exempt benefits if eligible. This is equivalent to $97,803/annum (0.8FTE) to $124,178/annum (1 FTE), excl. Superannuation without tax benefits.</li>
</ul>Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):Qualifications:<ul><li>A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field.</li></ul>Experience and Knowledge:<ul>
<li>Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organizations.</li>
<li>Experience in using Marketing CRM software – Salesforce Engagement (Pardot) or equivalent.</li>

<li>Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing lead generation campaigns, showcasing the ability to strategically attract, nurture and convert prospective students.</li>
<li>Campaign Delivery: Proven track record in successfully delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns targeted at student recruitment, program promotion, and engagement.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Relationship Management: Proven track record in building and managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.</li>
