<li>At least 2 years housekeeping experience in a busy hotel environment</li>
<li>Managerial or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory</li>

Housekeeping Manager

Our Front Desk &amp; Reservations team are looking to hire an outgoing, motivated and reliable individual to join our team. About you :<ul>
<li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Prior experience delivering exceptional customer service and of working with PMS systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be confident working as part of a team and individually.</li>
<li>Must have experience of sales and be self starting</li>
<li>Professional attitude and appearance and excellent organisational skills</li>
<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines</li>
</ul>This is a part time role with the possibility of full time hours for the right candidate. Availability on evenings and weekends are a must.
