Our Head Chef has some up-and-coming projects in the pipeline, with changes to the breakfast, Cafe and food offerings, a NEW menu and he is about to work on a new kitchen design. Casual Hospitality Customer Service Superstars

We are a large Registered Club nestled right on the waterfront at Ettalong Beach, overlooking Broken Bay and Lion Island, with views south to Palm Beach.  On the same grounds, is Mantra at Ettalong with gorgeous accommodation, and where we also deliver meals as part of our room service offering.We are looking for Casual Kitchen Attendants, with a keen eye for detail to join our Head Chef and Kitchen team.  Our commercial kitchen is of high volume.
