We are a large Registered Club nestled right on the waterfront at Ettalong Beach, overlooking Broken Bay and Lion Island, with views south to Palm Beach.  On the same grounds, is Mantra at Ettalong with gorgeous accommodation, and where we also deliver meals as part of our room service offering.We are looking for Casual Kitchen Attendants, with a keen eye for detail to join our Head Chef and Kitchen team.  Our commercial kitchen is of high volume. We prepare and provide service to many functions, weddings and events, and therefore it's vitally important that our Kitchen Attendants maintain the kitchen equipment to the highest of standards.Experience in a similar role is highly desirableYou will need to be available from Wednesday through until Sunday inclusive, and for periods to cover annual leave/school holidays <ul>
<li>RSA - NSW Competency Card is required prior to commencement</li>
<li>A strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, with a positive attitude and commitment to your role</li>

<li>You're committed to working weekends and can stay back when required </li>
<li>Excellent presentation standards and a high level of self-motivation</li>

Kitchen Attendant (Casual)

We are a large Registered Club nestled right on the waterfront at Ettalong Beach, overlooking Broken Bay and Lion Island, with views south to Palm Beach.  On the same grounds, is Mantra at Ettalong with gorgeous accommodation, and where we also deliver meals as part of our room service offering.We are now looking for superstar Casual Operations Attendants, in a variety of exciting roles across a range of areas within the Club, to join our friendly team. You may work in our Bistro and Café, Functions &amp; Events, Bar or Gaming areas, You may work on general duties, ensuring our venue is spotlessly clean, Perhaps you have experience using a microphone and enjoy promotions.Requirements needed<ul>
<li>RSA - NSW Competency Card is required prior to commencement</li>
<li>RCG - NSW Competency Card is required prior to commencement</li>
<li>Commitment to working weekends and can stay back when required –minimum availability required is from Friday afternoon until close of trade on Sunday, school holiday periods and public holidays including Christmas Day and New Years Eve (you need to be available at these times) - full availability will be highly regarded</li>
<li>Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as we maintain this as part of our Club Policy</li>
<li>Experience in functions (desirable) and Club operations (preferred), however we are willing to train you if you are eager and willing to learn</li>
