Domestic assistance: Helping with household cleaning and meal preparation.</li>

Mobility support: Supporting clients with safe transfers and mobility.</li>

Community access: Providing transport to shopping, appointments, and social activities.</li>
<li>
Social support: Helping clients stay connected and engaged in their community.</li>
<li>
Record Keeping: Completing clear, concise, and factual shift notes.</li>
