This role provides autonomy, variety, and the exciting challenge of ensuring our wines are loved by customers!About the Opportunity: Join us in an exciting new role as a Regional Sales Representative, where you'll be working with our Australian Distribution manager and report directly to our Global Sales Manager, playing a key role in Mollydooker's success. You'll be at the forefront of promoting, educating, and managing the distribution of our exceptional wines in your designated market. As a vital member of the Mollydooker team, you’ll embody our culture and uphold our Agreed Behaviours, all while adhering to our mission of ‘Attention to Detail and Commitment to Excellence.’ This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where your contributions will directly impact our growth and success.In addition to the above your responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul>

Champion Wine Distribution: Implement and oversee the distribution of our exceptional wines, adhering to Mollydooker's renowned systems.</li>

Cultivate Relationships: Forge and nurture valuable connections with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and their staff, enhancing our brand's reach and customer engagement.</li>
<li>
Optimize Stock Allocations: Strategically manage stock allocations to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability for the company.</li>
<li>
Host Engaging Events: Organize and lead wine dinners, tastings, and staff training sessions, showcasing our unique products and stories.</li>
<li>
Promote Signature Practices: Become an advocate for the Mollydooker Shake, Marquis Fruit Weight™, the Marquis Vineyard Watering Program™, and the Mollydooker narrative.</li>
<li>
Service Trade Clients: Maintain regular communication with existing trade clients, provide support, encourage orders, and assist in the market as needed.</li>
<li>
Expand Customer Base: Identify and secure new trade customers, aligning with domestic sales strategies and targets.</li>
<li>
Achieve Sales Targets: Take ownership of meeting and exceeding sales budget goals.</li>
<li>
Innovate Sales Strategies: Actively review and propose ideas to sustain or grow sales in assigned markets, in line with the overall Mollydooker Sales strategy.</li>

Experienced Sales Professional: Bring at least 3 years of product sales experience, ideally in the alcoholic beverage industry.</li>
<li>
Marketing Savvy: Possess a background in marketing and sales promotion.</li>

Event Hosting Confidence: Excel in hosting events that balance customer and business needs, all while embracing the Mollydooker ethos.</li>
<li>
RSA Certified: Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.</li>
<li>
Passionate About Wine: A love of wine is a definite plus!</li>
