This opportunity involves responsibilities such as picking and packing orders accurately, operating forklifts safely and efficiently, and managing the flow of goods throughout the warehouse. Initially, this position will be offered on a casual basis with the potential to transition to part-time or full-time employment, depending on the preferences of the successful candidate.Skills:<ul>

Warehouse Assistant | General Hand (Entry Level) - Expression of Interest

APF Cold Storage &amp; Logistics is a rapidly growing family-owned business and is looking for self-motivated and energetic individuals to form part of our team. We are considering candidates for the role of dedicated MR Drivers. While the main focus of this position is driving larger vehicles, there may be some occurrences of operating Class C vehicles as well as forklifts, contingent on business needs. This flexibility ensures that we can meet our obligations even in exceptional circumstances.This fast-paced work is for various clients located across our three Distribution Centre sites, Athol Park, Albert Park, and Regency Park, and may involve a degree of manual handling so a level of fitness is a plus.We are currently accepting expressions of interest for multiple MR/HR Driver positions, available 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility to accommodate the right candidates, potentially dividing these roles among several individuals.We are considering both full-time and part-time candidates at a rate of $28 per hour plus superannuation, as well as casual roles at $35 per hour. Additionally, for those currently holding an MR class licence, we are open to financing the upgrade to an HR class licence.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Operation of MR Truck(s) as required, there may be occasional requirements to operate Class C vehicles.</li>
<li>Ensures goods and products are secured inside the truck to minimize damage during transit.</li>
<li>Read and efficiently work from routing manifest to deliver products to customers using a truck, forklift, and/or pallet jack.</li>
<li>Follow correct procedures to document customer receipt of product and omission or error.</li>
<li>Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.</li>
<li>Following the completion of the delivery route, adhere to check-in procedures, ensuring the accuracy of inspections for any returned products, pallets, or containers.</li>
<li>Cleaning (sweeping, discarding rubbish, washing) assigned delivery vehicle.</li>
<li>Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspection of assigned vehicle and complete pre-trip/post-trip report; distribute as directed.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance and safety are adhered to at all times.</li>
<li>Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions.</li>
</ul>Experience Requirements (Note that for the right person, we would provide all training)<ul>
<li>MR Drivers' Licence (required)</li>
