</ul>You will be responsible for ensuring high level support for the Wills &amp; Estates team, including:<ul>
<li>Diary management.</li>
<li>Brief creation.</li>
<li>Proofing and formatting a range of correspondence and legal documentation.</li>
<li>Liaising with clients.</li>
<li>Booking and setting up meeting rooms.</li>
<li>File management - ensuring the case files met the File Management guidelines.</li>
<li>Archiving.</li>
<li>Fortnightly billing.</li>
