ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for someone who has experience in a variety of facility maintenance roles to join our great Facilities team and bring a can-do attitude! You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair work at several of our commercial buildings in the East Tamaki area. This is a full-time permanent position operating 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 5:30am and 6pm. KEY RESPONSBILITIES:<ul>
<li>Painting</li>
<li>Minor plastering repairs</li>
<li>Minor plumbing repairs</li>
<li>Minor carpentry and basic fitting work. </li>
<li>Preventative maintenance. </li>
<li>Other general handyman jobs, moving furniture / relocating equipment, installing signage etc.</li>
<li>May be required to travel to Christchuch branch for maintanence.</li>
</ul>THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL:<ul>
<li>Be experienced using a variety of hand-held and power tools.</li>
<li>Have excellent organisational skills. </li>
<li>Have strong people skills.</li>
<li>Be physically fit, as this role can be quite physically demanding.</li>

Property and Maintenance Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for someone to join our Facilities Team and bring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout all our Auckland Facilities. With our facilities being based in East Tamaki, you will be tasked with keeping them all clean, including out machinery that we use. This is a part-time, permanent role requiring approximately 25 hours a week. Hours of work flexible and negotiable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul>
<li>Cleaning of all warehouses/yards and carparks at all Chemfreight Auckland sites by sweeping/scrubbing/water blasting.</li>
<li>Using provided equipment to pick up rubbish around all sites that is not able to be cleared by either the sweeper or scrubber.</li>
<li>Cleaning of forklifts and all other warehouse machinery.</li>
<li>Mopping and cleaning of chiller floors and walls.</li>

Facilities Assistant

Warehouse Storeperson

With state-of-the-art technology and storage facilities - we are the best in what we do, and our people are a key part of our success.We have a committed focus on providing an excellent service and we are currently seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our awesome team based in East Tamaki. You will be supporting the Transport Supervisor in achieving timely and accurate distribution of goods within the Auckland Metro area. Our Drivers are the face of our company so you will need to be well presented!This is a full-time permanent role and the hours will be 8am - 4:30pm with 40 hours guaranteed per week. Rate: $30 - $32p/hrKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul>
<li>Checking and preparing freight before delivery</li>
<li>Deliver dangerous goods to customers across the greater Auckland region.</li>
<li>Complete daily truck checks</li>
<li>Loading and unloading trucks</li>
</ul>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<ul>
<li>Full Class 2 driver license (having a D endorsement is preferred, but not mandatory)</li>
<li>4+ years’ experience transporting Dangerous Goods and hazardous substances</li>
<li>Experience operating a forklift is preferred - Ideally, you will have the ability to load and unload your own truck so having a current OSH Approved Forklift license is preferred.</li>
