</ul>As an Automotive Technician at TCR, you will:<ul>
<li>Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.</li>
<li>Report daily to the Shift Supervisor however will ultimately be under the management of the State Service Manager.</li>
<li>Conduct preventive servicing, data collecting as well as repair, and maintenance tasks that reflect a trade standard.</li>
<li>Promote a safety-first approach.</li>
<li>Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.</li>
<li>Utilize the wide variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment as an opportunity for you to bring a wide collection of knowledge &amp; skills to the role.Work with multiple unique GSE specialized equipment.</li>
<li>Have 5 weeks annual leave + 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days.</li>
<li>Have your uniforms provided and laundered, a competitive salary and an excellent mentorship.</li>
</ul>To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:<ul>
<li>Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification.</li>
<li>Have your own tools. </li>
<li>Exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems and electrical fault finding is highly regarded. </li>
<li>Hold a current and valid Driver's License.</li>
<li>A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies &amp; procedures.</li>
<li>Experience working within procedural guidelines.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and proactiveness.</li>
<li>A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.,</li>
